## REDIRECT PARAMETER

Add this parameter to your redirect URL:
?name={FNAME}&email={EMAIL}&phone={Q3}

**NOTE:** Change Q3 to match the title of the section where you collect the phone number.

## STEP 1: Configure YouCanBook.me

### A. Open the Booking Form Settings

**If automating:**
Navigate to YouCanBook.me and open the edit settings for the booking form you want to track.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log into YouCanBook.me"
2. "Click Edit Settings on the booking form you would like to track"

→ Confirm: "Are you in the booking form settings?"

### B. Configure After Booking Redirect

**If automating:**
In the After Booking section, add your thank-you page URL with the tracking parameters.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Go to the 'After Booking' section"
2. "Add your Thank You page URL with this parameter: ?name={FNAME}&email={EMAIL}&phone={Q3}"

**Example URL:**
https://yoursite.com/thank-you?name={FNAME}&email={EMAIL}&phone={Q3}

→ Confirm: "Is the redirect URL configured with the parameters?"

### C. Customize Phone Field Parameter

**If automating:**
Adjust the Q3 parameter to match your phone field name if different.

**If guiding user:**
"Change Q3 in the parameter to match the title of the section where you collect the phone number."

→ Confirm: "Is the phone parameter correct for your form?"

## STEP 2: Configure Your Thank You Page

**If automating:**
Ensure the HYROS Universal Script is installed on your thank-you page.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Ensure your Thank You page has the HYROS Universal Script installed in the header"
2. "The script will automatically capture the contact data passed in the URL"

**Script URL:** https://app.hyros.com/public/tracking/universal

→ Confirm: "Is the Universal Script installed on your thank-you page?"
