# HYROS Installation: ThriveCart

## REQUIREMENTS - Collect Before Starting

## STEP 1: Install Universal Script on Checkout Pages

**If automating:**
In HYROS, go to Tracking → Universal Script and copy the script. In ThriveCart, go to Products. Click Edit on the checkout you want to track. Go to the Tracking section. Enable Custom Tracking Code. Paste the HYROS script. Click Save and Get URL. Repeat for each checkout.

**If guiding user:**
1. "In HYROS, go to Tracking → Universal Script."
2. "Copy the HYROS tracking script."
3. "Log in to ThriveCart."
4. "Go to Products."
5. "Click Edit on the checkout you want to track."
6. "In the checkout editor, go to the Tracking section."
7. "Find Custom Tracking Code and enable it."
8. "Paste the HYROS script into the custom tracking code field."
9. "Click Save and Get URL."
10. "Repeat for any additional checkouts you want to track."

→ Confirm: "Is the script added to your ThriveCart checkouts?"

## STEP 2: Create Integration in HYROS

**If automating:**
In HYROS, go to Settings → Integrations. Find ThriveCart and click Configure. Click Create Integration and name it. Click Edit and copy the webhook URL.

**If guiding user:**
1. "In HYROS, go to Settings → Integrations."
2. "Find ThriveCart and click Configure."
3. "Click Create Integration."
4. "Name it anything you want and Save."
5. "Click Edit."
6. "Copy the webhook URL."

→ Confirm: "Do you have the HYROS webhook URL?"

## STEP 3: Add Webhook in ThriveCart

**If automating:**
In ThriveCart, go to Settings → API & Webhooks → Webhooks & Notifications. Click Add New Webhook. Name it (e.g., "HYROS"). Paste the webhook URL from HYROS. Save.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to ThriveCart."
2. "Go to Settings → API & Webhooks."
3. "Open Webhooks & Notifications."
4. "Click Add New Webhook."
5. "Name the webhook (example: HYROS)."
6. "Paste the webhook URL from HYROS."
7. "Save."

→ Confirm: "Is the ThriveCart webhook configured?"

## VERIFICATION

After setup:
1. Make a test purchase through ThriveCart
2. Check HYROS dashboard for the transaction
3. Verify attribution is working correctly

→ Confirm: "Can you see ThriveCart transactions in HYROS?"

## TROUBLESHOOTING

### Script not firing on checkout?
- Make sure Custom Tracking Code is enabled
- Verify you clicked "Save and Get URL"

### Orders not appearing in HYROS?
- Check the webhook URL was copied correctly
- Verify the webhook is saved in ThriveCart

### Need to track multiple products?
- Repeat the script installation for each checkout
- One webhook handles all products
