Navigate to URL Rules **If automating:** Verify the Automatic Call Rule exists in HYROS Tracking → URL Rules. **If guiding user:** 1. "In HYROS, go to Tracking → URL Rules" 2. "Find 'Automatic Call Rule'" 3. "Do not delete or disable it" **IMPORTANT:** This rule is essential; it turns the SavvyCal redirect parameters (email/phone) into a HYROS call event. → Confirm: "Is the Automatic Call Rule present and enabled?" --- ## STEP 3: Configure the Redirect in SavvyCal **If automating:** In SavvyCal, configure the booking to redirect to your thank-you page with email and phone parameters. **If guiding user:** 1.
