# HYROS Installation: Salesforce --- ## STEP 1: Open the Salesforce Integration in HYROS **If automating:** Navigate to HYROS Settings → Integrations and find Salesforce. **If guiding user:** 1. "Log in to your HYROS account" 2. "Go to Settings" 3. "Click on Integrations" 4. "Scroll down until you find Salesforce" 5. "Click Configure" → Confirm: "Are you in the Salesforce integration settings?" --- ## STEP 2: Create a New Salesforce Integration **If automating:** Click Create Integration to start the setup process. **If guiding user:** "Inside the Salesforce integration window, click Create Integration." → Confirm: "Have you clicked Create Integration?" --- ## STEP 3: Find Your Salesforce Site Name **If automating:** Get the site name from your Salesforce URL (the part before .my.salesforce.com). **If guiding user:** 1. "Open your Salesforce account in a new tab" 2. "In the top-right corner, click on your profile" 3. "Just below your profile name, you'll see your site name in the URL" 4. "From the URL, copy the part BEFORE .my.salesforce.com" - Example: if the URL is yourbrand.my.salesforce.com, you only copy 'yourbrand' → Confirm: "Do you have your Salesforce site name?" --- ## STEP 4: Enter Your Site Name in HYROS **If automating:** Paste the site name into the HYROS Salesforce integration setup and proceed. **If guiding user:** 1. "Go back to the HYROS Salesforce integration setup" 2. "Paste the copied part of your Salesforce URL into the site name / store URL field" 3. "Click Next" 4. "You should now see your Salesforce integration listed inside HYROS" → Confirm: "Is the Salesforce integration listed in HYROS?" --- ## STEP 5: Configure Mapping Between Salesforce and HYROS Objects **If automating:** In the integration settings, create mappings between HYROS objects (Orders, Leads, Refunds) and Salesforce objects. **If guiding user:** 1. "In the Salesforce integration list in HYROS, click Edit" 2. "Go to the Mapping Configuration section" 3. "Click Create New Mapping" 4. "Select a HYROS object (Orders, Leads, or Refunds)" 5. "Select the corresponding Salesforce object" **NOTE:** If your Salesforce setup is standard, you can use the default configuration. For custom objects, configure them manually. → Confirm: "Have you configured the object mappings?" --- ## STEP 6: Decide When Salesforce Sends Events to HYROS **If automating:** For each mapping, specify which Salesforce events should trigger the HYROS object. **If guiding user:** For each mapping, choose: - Which HYROS object you want to use (Orders, Leads, or Refunds) - Which Salesforce object or event should trigger that HYROS object **Example:** If you choose Order as the HYROS object, you can specify when Salesforce should send an order event to HYROS (for example, when a Salesforce Opportunity is marked as Closed Won). → Confirm: "Have you configured when events should be sent?" --- ## STEP 7: Customize Further or Get Help if Needed **If automating:** Repeat the mapping process for Leads and Refunds as needed. **If guiding user:** Repeat the mapping process for: - Leads (e.g., when a lead is created or qualified) - Refunds (e.g., when a refund or cancellation is recorded) **Need help?** If you have a complex Salesforce setup with custom objects, contact HYROS support for assistance. → Confirm: "Is the Salesforce integration fully configured?" --- ## Source Synced from: docsContent.ts (salesforceGuide) Last synced: 2026-01-03
