# HYROS Installation: Ringba

## STEP 1: API Setup

**If automating:**
Navigate to HYROS Settings → Integrations, find Ringba, and configure the API integration.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your HYROS account"
2. "Go to Settings → Integrations"
3. "Search for Ringba"
4. "Click Configure → Create Integration"
5. "Enter your Ringba API credentials"

**To find your Ringba API credentials:**
1. "Log in to your Ringba account"
2. "Go to Account Settings → API"
3. "Copy your API key"

→ Confirm: "Is the Ringba API integration connected?"

## STEP 2: Configure Call Events

**If automating:**
Set up which Ringba call events should be tracked in HYROS.

**If guiding user:**
1. "In the Ringba integration settings, configure call events"
2. "Select which call events to track (e.g., answered calls, completed calls)"
