Before starting ANY manual installation:

2. Confirm each item with user
3. Do NOT start steps until everything is ready

## Universal Requirements (All Platforms)

## Dual-Mode Operation

### If User Allows Automation:
- Navigate to URLs directly
- Look for elements flexibly (descriptions, not exact positions)
- Adapt if UI looks different
- Ask for help if stuck

### If User Prefers Guidance:
- Give step-by-step instructions
- User does the clicking
- Confirm each step completed
- Provide screenshots/descriptions if asked
