# HYROS Installation: Pipedrive

## What You Can Track with Pipedrive

The integration with Pipedrive will send HYROS the following information:
1. Sales will be tracked from Pipedrive when the event attribute is updated to updated.deal
2. Leads are tracked when new contacts are added in Pipedrive
3. Lead stages can be set up based on the contact labels in Pipedrive

## STEP 1: Create the Integration in HYROS

**If automating:**
Navigate to HYROS Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive, create the integration, and enter your Pipedrive API token.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Inside your HYROS account go to Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive"
2. "Click 'Create new integration'"
3. "Name your integration, for example, 'Pipedrive'"

→ Confirm: "Have you started creating the Pipedrive integration?"

## STEP 2: Get Your Pipedrive API Token

**If automating:**
In Pipedrive, navigate to Personal preferences → API and copy the API token.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your Pipedrive account"
2. "Click on your profile and go to Personal preferences"
3. "Click on API"
4. "Copy your API token"

→ Confirm: "Do you have your Pipedrive API token?"

## STEP 3: Complete the Integration

**If automating:**
Paste the API token into the HYROS integration field and save.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Go back to HYROS"
2. "Paste the API token into the field as prompted"
3. "Click Save"

→ Confirm: "Is the Pipedrive integration connected?"

## OPTIONAL: Lead Stages with Pipedrive

**If automating:**
In the Pipedrive integration settings, create Lead Stage Rules to map Pipedrive events to HYROS lead stages.

**If guiding user:**
"Inside your Pipedrive integration, you can create Lead Stage Rules which will map specific events inside your Pipedrive account and use them to create lead stages inside HYROS."

1. "Open the Pipedrive integration in HYROS"
2. "Look for the Lead Stage Rules section"
3. "Map Pipedrive contact labels to HYROS lead stages"
4. "Save your configuration"

→ Confirm: "Have you configured lead stages (if needed)?"
