# HYROS Installation: OnceHub (ScheduleOnce) **NOTE:** For users who joined OnceHub after January 2025 - Booking Pages no longer exist, only Booking Calendars. You'll need to add internal labels (full_name, email, phone_number) to all booking calendars. --- ## OPTION 1: Add the Redirect inside OnceHub (Free Plan) Use this setup if you have the ScheduleOnce Free plan. ### Step 1: Add the HYROS Universal Script to Both Pages **If automating:** Add the Universal Script to the header of your call booking page and thank-you page. **If guiding user:** 1. "Copy the Universal Script from HYROS" 2. "Paste it inside the of:" - Your call booking page - Your call booking thank-you page (the page users are redirected to after booking) **Script URL:** https://app.hyros.com/public/tracking/universal → Confirm: "Is the script installed on both pages?" ### Step 2: Confirm the Automatic Call URL Rule in HYROS **If automating:** Verify the Automatic Call rule exists in HYROS Tracking → URL Rules. **If guiding user:** 1. "In HYROS, go to Tracking" 2. "Click URL Rules" 3. "Find the 'Automatic Call' rule and confirm it's present" 4. "Do not delete this rule" **IMPORTANT:** This rule is essential for tracking calls with this setup. → Confirm: "Is the Automatic Call rule present?" ### Step 3: Configure the Event in ScheduleOnce **If automating:** In ScheduleOnce, configure the event to redirect to your thank-you page with booking confirmation data. **If guiding user:** 1. "Log in to ScheduleOnce" 2. "Go to Event types and select the event you want to track" 3. "Open Booking form & redirect" 4. "Go to Automatic redirect:" - Toggle Automatic redirect = ON - Set the Redirect URL to your thank-you page 5. "Enable: 'Send Booking Confirmation Data to the redirect page'" → Confirm: "Is the redirect configured in ScheduleOnce?" --- ## OPTION 2: Optimized Call Tracking (Schedule Plan and Above) Use this setup if you have the Schedule plan or higher. ### Step 1: Open Integrations in HYROS **If automating:** Navigate to HYROS Settings → Integrations. **If guiding user:** 1. "Log in to your HYROS account" 2. "Go to Settings → Integrations" → Confirm: "Are you in the Integrations section?" ### Step 2: Configure OnceHub **If automating:** Find OnceHub in Integrations, click Configure, and create a new integration. **If guiding user:** 1. "In Integrations, find OnceHub" 2. "Click Configure" 3. "Click Create integration" → Confirm: "Have you started creating the OnceHub integration?" ### Step 3: Name the Integration **If automating:** Enter a name for the integration. **If guiding user:** "In Name, enter any label you'll recognize later (example: 'HYROS–OnceHub')" → Confirm: "Have you named the integration?" ### Step 4: Add Your OnceHub API Key **If automating:** Get your API key from OnceHub Settings → API & Webhooks and paste it into HYROS. **If guiding user:** 1. "Open a new tab and log in to OnceHub" 2. "Go to Settings → API & Webhooks" 3. "Copy your API Key" 4. "Return to HYROS and paste it into the API Key field" 5.
