# HYROS Installation: NMI

## REQUIREMENTS - Collect Before Starting

| Item | Ask User |

| HYROS Tracking Code | "Please paste your HYROS tracking code. Get it from: https://app.hyros.com/tracking/universal-script" |
| NMI Gateway Access | "Do you have NMI gateway access?" |
| API Keys | "Can you access your NMI API keys?" |

**IMPORTANT:** Store the tracking code for later use.

## STEPS

### Step 1: Open HYROS Integrations

**Direct URL:** https://app.hyros.com/integrations

**If automating:** Navigate to integrations page, find NMI card.

**If guiding user:** "Go to https://app.hyros.com/integrations"

→ Confirm: "Are you on the integrations page?"

### Step 2: Connect NMI

**If automating:** Find NMI card, click Connect.

**If guiding user:** "Find NMI and click Connect"

→ Confirm: "Did the connection setup start?"

### Step 3: Get API Keys from NMI

**If automating:** Navigate to NMI dashboard → Settings → Security Keys. Get the API key.

**If guiding user:**
"Go to NMI → Settings → Security Keys
Copy your API key"

→ Confirm: "Do you have the API key?"

### Step 4: Enter Credentials in HYROS

**If automating:** Paste the API key into HYROS.

**If guiding user:** "Enter your NMI API key in HYROS"

→ Confirm: "Did you enter the API key?"

### Step 5: Verify Connection in HYROS

**Direct URL:** https://app.hyros.com/integrations

**If automating:** Check NMI shows as connected.

**If guiding user:** "Verify NMI shows as connected in HYROS"

→ Confirm: "Does NMI show as connected?"

### Step 6: Test with a Transaction

**If automating:** Process a test transaction and verify it appears in HYROS.

**If guiding user:** "Process a test transaction and check HYROS for the data"

→ Confirm: "Can you see NMI transactions in HYROS?"

## TROUBLESHOOTING

- **Invalid API key:** Verify you copied the correct key from NMI
- **No transactions showing:** Check webhook/notification settings in NMI
- **Test mode:** Ensure you're using production credentials
