# HYROS Installation: Kajabi

## REQUIREMENTS - Collect Before Starting

## STEP 1: Install Universal Script on Site Pages

**If automating:**
In HYROS, get the Universal Tracking Script from Tracking section. In Kajabi, go to Settings → Site Details → Page Scripts. Paste the Universal Script in the Header Page Scripts field. Click Save.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your HYROS account."
2. "In the left-side menu, click Tracking."
3. "Locate your Universal Tracking Script and copy it."
4. "Log in to your Kajabi account."
5. "In the left-side menu, click Settings."
6. "In the Settings area, select Site Details."
7. "Scroll down until you find the Page Scripts section."
8. "Paste your HYROS Universal Tracking Script into the Header Page Scripts field."
9. "Scroll down and click Save to apply the changes."

This completes your Kajabi Page Tracking setup.

→ Confirm: "Is the Universal Script in the Header Page Scripts?"

## STEP 2: Install Universal Script on Checkout Pages

**If automating:**
In Kajabi Settings, click Checkout. Find the Checkout Tracking area. Click Add Header Tracking Code. Paste the Universal Script. Save.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Inside Kajabi's Settings, click Checkout."
2. "Scroll to the Checkout Tracking area."
3. "In the Header Tracking Code section, click Add Header Tracking Code."
4. "Paste your HYROS Universal Tracking Script into the provided field."
5. "Save your changes."

This completes your Kajabi Checkout Tracking setup.

→ Confirm: "Is the script on your checkout pages too?"

## STEP 3: Create the Kajabi Integration in HYROS

**If automating:**
In HYROS, go to Settings → Integrations → Kajabi. Click Connect Kajabi and follow the prompts. Open Actions section → Settings → Get Webhook. Copy the webhook URL.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your HYROS account."
2. "In the left-side menu, click Settings."
3. "Go to Integrations."
4. "Search for Kajabi."
5. "Click Connect Kajabi and follow the prompts to complete the connection."
6. "After connecting Kajabi, open the Actions section inside your Kajabi integration."
7. "Click on Settings."
8. "Inside the Kajabi integration settings, click Get Webhook."
9. "Copy the webhook URL provided by HYROS."

→ Confirm: "Do you have the HYROS webhook URL copied?"

## STEP 4: Add Webhook in Kajabi

**If automating:**
In Kajabi, go to Settings → Integrations & Webhooks → Webhooks. Click Create Webhook. Select "Payment Succeeded" event. Paste the HYROS webhook URL. Click Add Webhook.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your Kajabi account."
2. "Go to Settings."
3. "Click Integrations & Webhooks (or Webhooks, depending on your interface)."
4. "Click Webhooks."
5. "Select Create Webhook."
6. "In the pop-up window:"
   - "Choose the event you want to track → Payment Succeeded"
   - "Paste the HYROS webhook URL into the Endpoint URL field"
7. "Click Add Webhook."

→ Confirm: "Is the Kajabi webhook configured?"

## TROUBLESHOOTING

### Script not appearing on pages?
- Make sure code is in the Header Page Scripts (Site Details), not elsewhere
- Clear browser cache and check again

### Orders not tracking?
- Verify the webhook is set up for "Payment Succeeded" event
- Check webhook URL was copied correctly

### Checkout pages not tracked?
- Ensure you added the script to BOTH Site Details and Checkout Tracking sections
