# HYROS Installation: Invoiced

## STEP 1: Create the Integration in HYROS

**If automating:**
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Invoiced in HYROS and click Create integration.

**If guiding user:**
"First navigate from your HYROS account to Settings → Integrations → Invoiced and click Create integration."

→ Confirm: "Did you create the Invoiced integration in HYROS?"

## STEP 2: Enter the API Key

**If automating:**
HYROS will prompt for a Name and API Key. Get these from Invoiced under Settings → Integrations → Developers → Add a New API Key. Copy the Name and Secret and paste them into HYROS.

**If guiding user:**
"Once you Create integration, HYROS will prompt you to enter the Name and API Key of the Invoiced account."

"To complete the integration, go to your Invoiced account: Settings → Integrations → Developers → Add a New API Key, then copy the Name and Secret and paste them in the HYROS integration."

→ Confirm: "Did you add the API key from Invoiced?"

## STEP 3: Copy the Webhook from HYROS

**If automating:**
In the HYROS Invoiced integration, click Edit and copy the Webhook URL.

**If guiding user:**
"Once Invoiced is integrated in HYROS, click on Edit and copy the Webhook."

→ Confirm: "Do you have the webhook copied?"

## STEP 4: Navigate to Invoiced Webhooks

**If automating:**
In Invoiced, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Developers → Webhooks section.

**If guiding user:**
"Navigate to your Invoiced account and go to Settings → Integrations → Developers → Webhooks section."

→ Confirm: "Are you in the Invoiced webhooks section?"

## STEP 5: Configure the Webhook Events

**If automating:**
Add a new webhook with the HYROS URL. Enable the webhook and select the required events: payment.created, payment.deleted, customer.created, refund.created.

**If guiding user:**
"Select New Webhook → Enter the webhook previously copied from the HYROS integration."

"Make sure the Webhook is Enabled and click on Select Events. The Events you need to have marked will be:"
- payment.created
- payment.deleted
- customer.created
- refund.created

"Click Save after selecting the events."

→ Confirm: "Are the webhook events configured and saved?"
