# HYROS Installation: iClosed

## STEP 1: Connect iClose Inside HYROS

**If automating:**
Navigate to HYROS Settings → Integrations, find iClose, and connect using OAuth.

**If guiding user:**
1. "In your HYROS account, go to Settings → Integrations"
2. "Search for iClose and click on the integration"
3. "Click Connect"
4. "You'll be redirected to iClose and the tokens will be exchanged automatically"
5. "Back in iClose, click Save Configuration"

→ Confirm: "Is the iClose integration connected?"

## STEP 2: Set the Confirmation Redirect (Required)

**If automating:**
In iClose AI Scheduler → Events, configure the confirmation page to redirect to your thank-you page with form data.

**If guiding user:**
1. "In iClose, go to AI Scheduler → Events"
2. "Click on an event and open the Confirmation Page tab"
3. "Select 'Redirect to an external URL'"
4. "Enter your Thank You page URL"
5. "Make sure the option to forward event form data to the external URL is enabled"
6. "Click Save"

→ Confirm: "Is the confirmation redirect configured?"

## STEP 3: Install Universal Script on Thank You Page

**If automating:**
Add the HYROS Universal Script to your thank-you page header.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Copy the Universal Script from HYROS"
2. "Add it to your thank-you page header"

→ Confirm: "Is the Universal Script installed on your thank-you page?"

## ADVANCED: Track Specific Events

**If automating:**
In the iClose integration settings, configure which events and sales to track.

**If guiding user:**
1. "In HYROS, go to the iClose integration settings"
2. "Configure which specific events should be tracked"
3. "Map iClose sales events to HYROS"

→ Confirm: "Have you configured specific event tracking (if needed)?"
