# HYROS Installation: HubSpot

## STEP 1: Track Your HubSpot Pages

### Get the Universal Script

**If automating:**
Get the HYROS Universal Script from https://app.hyros.com/public/tracking/universal

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your HYROS account"
2. "Navigate to the Tracking section"
3. "Copy the Universal Tracking Script"

**Script URL:** https://app.hyros.com/public/tracking/universal

→ Confirm: "Do you have the Universal Script copied?"

### Add the Script to HubSpot

**If automating:**
Navigate to HubSpot Settings → Content → Pages, and add the script to the Site Header HTML section.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your HubSpot account"
2. "Access HubSpot Settings"
3. "Go to Content Settings"
4. "Select Pages"
5. "Locate the Site Header HTML section"
6. "Paste the HYROS Tracking Script"
7. "Choose your domain settings and Save"

→ Confirm: "Is the script added to your HubSpot pages?"

## STEP 2: Create the Integration Inside HYROS

**If automating:**
Navigate to HYROS Settings → Integrations, find HubSpot, create the integration, and configure the Won deal stage.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your HYROS account"
2. "Access the Settings menu"
3. "Go to the Integrations tab"
4. "Find and configure the HubSpot integration"
5. "Create the integration"
6. "Edit the integration settings"
7. "Set up the Won deal stage"
8. "Save your settings"

**IMPORTANT:** If you do not set a "Won" stage, HYROS will not process or track any sales from HubSpot.

→ Confirm: "Is the HubSpot integration created with a Won stage configured?"

## OPTIONAL: Blacklist Products from Sale Processing

**If automating:**
In the HubSpot integration settings, scroll to the blacklist section and add products you want to exclude from sale processing.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Access the HubSpot integration in HYROS and click Edit"
2. "Scroll down to 'Add or remove products to be blacklisted from sale processing'"
3. "Add the value of the product you want to blacklist"
4. "Click Save values"

→ Confirm: "Have you configured any products to blacklist (if needed)?"
