# HYROS Installation: HubSpot Meetings

## REQUIREMENTS - Collect Before Starting

| HYROS Tracking Code | "Please paste your HYROS tracking code. Get it from: https://app.hyros.com/tracking/universal-script" |
| HubSpot Admin Access | "Do you have HubSpot admin access?" |
| Meeting Links | "Which meeting links do you want to track?" |

**IMPORTANT:** Store the tracking code for later use.

## STEPS

### Step 1: Open HubSpot Settings

**Direct URL:** https://app.hubspot.com/

**If automating:** Navigate to HubSpot → Settings → Tracking Code or Integrations.

**If guiding user:** "Go to HubSpot → Settings → Tracking & Analytics"

→ Confirm: "Are you in the settings?"

### Step 2: Connect HubSpot in HYROS

**Direct URL:** https://app.hyros.com/integrations

**If automating:** Navigate to HYROS integrations, find HubSpot, click Connect. Complete OAuth authorization.

**If guiding user:** "Go to https://app.hyros.com/integrations, find HubSpot, and click Connect. Authorize HYROS access."

→ Confirm: "Did you authorize the connection?"

### Step 3: Configure Meeting Tracking

**If automating:** Navigate to HubSpot → Sales → Meetings. Configure each meeting link to pass data to HYROS.

**If guiding user:**
"In HubSpot:
1. Go to Sales → Meetings
2. For each meeting link, check tracking settings
3. Ensure form submissions are being captured"

→ Confirm: "Are your meeting links configured?"

### Step 4: Set Up Workflow (If Needed)

**If automating:** Create a workflow that triggers on meeting booked and sends data to HYROS via webhook.

**If guiding user:**
"If needed, create a workflow:
1. Go to Automations → Workflows
2. Create workflow triggered by 'Meeting booked'
3. Add action to send webhook to HYROS"

→ Confirm: "Is the workflow set up (or not needed)?"

### Step 5: Verify Connection in HYROS

**Direct URL:** https://app.hyros.com/integrations

**If automating:** Check HubSpot shows as connected.

**If guiding user:** "Verify HubSpot shows as connected in HYROS"

→ Confirm: "Does HubSpot show as connected?"

### Step 6: Test with a Booking

**If automating:** Book a test meeting and verify it appears in HYROS.

**If guiding user:** "Book a test meeting using your meeting link and check HYROS for the data"

→ Confirm: "Can you see HubSpot meetings in HYROS?"

## TROUBLESHOOTING

- **OAuth failed:** Check you have admin permissions in HubSpot
- **Meetings not tracking:** Verify workflow is active and correctly configured
- **Contact data missing:** Check HubSpot → HYROS field mapping
