# HYROS Installation: HubSpot Forms

This guide is for tracking leads from embedded HubSpot forms.

## REQUIREMENTS
- You have a HubSpot marketing form embedded on your website (this will not work if the form is not embedded)
- Your HYROS account is integrated with HubSpot

## STEP 1: Open the Form in HubSpot

**If automating:**
Navigate to HubSpot → Marketing → Forms and select the embedded form you want to track.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to HubSpot"
2. "Go to Marketing → Forms"
3. "Select the form you want to track (make sure it's an embed form)"

→ Confirm: "Is the form open in HubSpot?"

## STEP 2: Copy the HubSpot Embed Code

**If automating:**
Click the Embed button and copy the embed code.

**If guiding user:**
"Click Embed (top-right) → Embed code → Copy"

→ Confirm: "Do you have the embed code copied?"

## STEP 3: Open HubSpot Integration in HYROS

**If automating:**
Navigate to HYROS Settings → Integrations and select HubSpot.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to HYROS"
2. "Go to Settings → Integrations"
3. "Select HubSpot"

→ Confirm: "Are you in the HubSpot integration settings?"

## STEP 4: Generate the Enhanced Embed Code

**If automating:**
In the HubSpot integration page, paste the embed code and convert it to an enhanced embed code.

**If guiding user:**
1. "In the HubSpot integration page, scroll to 'Get Embed Code'"
2. "Paste your HubSpot embed code into the top field"
3. "Click 'Convert into enhanced embed code'"
4. "HYROS generates a new embed code that includes the HYROS Universal Script"

→ Confirm: "Did you get the enhanced embed code?"

## STEP 5: Replace the Embed Code on Your Website

**If automating:**
Replace the original HubSpot embed code on your website with the new enhanced embed code from HYROS.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Copy the new enhanced embed code from HYROS"
2. "Go to your website where the HubSpot form is embedded"
3. "Replace the old embed code with the new enhanced code"
4. "Save and publish your page"

→ Confirm: "Is the enhanced embed code installed on your website?"
