# HYROS Installation: Hotmart --- ## STEP 1: Create the Integration Inside HYROS **If automating:** Navigate to Settings → Integrations in HYROS, search for Hotmart, then get the HOTTOK verification token from Hotmart and add it to the integration. **If guiding user:** 1. "In your HYROS account, in the left-hand sidebar, go to Settings → Integrations." 2. "In the Integrations list, use the search bar to find Hotmart and click Configure." 3. "Press on Create integration, and for Name, enter something recognizable (e.g., Hotmart)." 4. "To find the token, go to your Hotmart account, and in the top-right menu, open the Browse menu and search for Tools." 5. "In Tools, search for Webhook API & Notifications (or Webhooks / Notifications depending on your UI)." 6. "Open the Authentication section, and copy the Verification Token labeled HOTTOK." 7. "Paste the HOTTOK value into the Webhook Token (verification) field in your HYROS account." 8. "Click Add Integration (or Save)." → Confirm: "Is the Hotmart integration created with the HOTTOK token?" --- ## STEP 2: Add the Webhook **If automating:** Get the webhook from the HYROS Hotmart integration, then add it to Hotmart under Tools → Webhook settings with the correct events. **If guiding user:** 1. "In your HYROS left sidebar menu, go to Settings → Integrations." 2. "Search for Hotmart and click Configure → Edit." 3. "Click Get Webhook to copy your HYROS Webhook URL." 4. "In Hotmart, open the Browse menu and search for Tools." 5. "Go to My Settings and click Register Webhook." 6. "Fill out the webhook form:" - **Settings Name**: a reference label (e.g., HYROS) - **Products**: select All products (or choose specific ones as needed) - **URL**: paste the HYROS Webhook URL you copied - **Version**: select Version 2 - **Events**: check Purchase Approved and Purchase Refunded 7. "Tick any required confirmation/enable checkbox and click Save." → Confirm: "Is the webhook configured in Hotmart?" --- ## STEP 3: Track the Hotmart Checkout Page **If automating:** In Hotmart, go to Tracking Pixel settings, select HYROS Pixel, and add your HYROS Pixel ID and Label. Enable Sales Made and Checkout Page Visits events. **If guiding user:** 1. "In your Hotmart account, open the Browse menu and select Tracking Pixel." 2. "Choose the product you want to track." 3. "From the pixel options, select Hyros Pixel." 4. "In a new tab, open your HYROS account and go to Tracking." 5. "Locate your HYROS Pixel details and copy both: Pixel ID and Label." 6. "Return to the Hotmart Tracking Pixel configuration and paste the values." 7. "Under Events, select: Sales Made and Checkout Page Visits." 8. "Under Sales Made options, ensure you've selected: All Payment Methods and Transaction Amount (include value)." 9.
