# HYROS Installation: Everwebinar/WebinarJam on ClickFunnels Pages

## STEP 1: Copy the Universal Tracking Script

**If automating:**
Get the HYROS Universal Script from https://app.hyros.com/public/tracking/universal

**If guiding user:**
"Copy the Universal Tracking Script from your HYROS account."

**Script URL:** https://app.hyros.com/public/tracking/universal

→ Confirm: "Do you have the Universal Script copied?"

## STEP 2: Add the Script to Your ClickFunnels Page

**If automating:**
Navigate to the ClickFunnels page with the EverWebinar embed, go to Settings, and add the script to the Head Tracking Code section.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your ClickFunnels account."
2. "Open the webinar funnel or specific page where your EverWebinar button is embedded."
3. "Click on Settings."
4. "Locate the Head Tracking Code section."
5. "Paste the Universal Script into the header section."
6. "Save your changes."

→ Confirm: "Is the script added to your ClickFunnels page?"

## STEP 3: Add the Script to WebinarJam / EverWebinar

**If automating:**
Navigate to your webinar in EverWebinar, go to Integrations → Third-Party Tracking Systems, and add the script to all three tracking sections.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your WebinarJam / EverWebinar account."
2. "Go to My Webinars and click Edit on the webinar you want to track."
3. "Navigate to Integrations → Third-Party Tracking Systems → Edit."
4. "Paste the Universal Script into all three sections:"
   - Registration Page Tracking
   - Registration Form Tracking
   - Post-Registration Thank You Page Tracking

→ Confirm: "Is the script added to all three EverWebinar tracking sections?"

## STEP 4: Test Your Setup

**If automating:**
Register for the webinar through ClickFunnels with a test email, then verify the lead appears in HYROS with tracking data.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Go to your ClickFunnels webinar opt-in page."
2. "Use a test email to register for the webinar by clicking the embedded EverWebinar button."
3. "Wait 1–2 minutes, then log in to your HYROS account."
4. "Go to the Leads section and locate the test email you used."
5. "Click the lead entry:"
   - Confirm it has the HYROS tag
   - Check that the source and click history have been recorded

→ Confirm: "Can you see the test lead with tracking data in HYROS?"
