## STEP 1: Copy the Universal Tracking Script

Get the HYROS Universal Script from https://app.hyros.com/public/tracking/universal

**If guiding user:**
"Copy the Universal Tracking Script from your HYROS account."

→ Confirm: "Do you have the Universal Script copied?"

## STEP 2: Configure Demio Integration

**If automating:**
Navigate to your Demio webinar settings and add the tracking script to the appropriate tracking code section.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your Demio account"
2. "Go to the webinar you want to track"
3. "Navigate to Settings or Integrations"
4. "Find the tracking code or custom code section"
5. "Paste the Universal Script"

→ Confirm: "Is the Universal Script added to Demio?"

## STEP 3: Track Registrations and Attendance

**If automating:**
Verify that registration and attendance events are being tracked by registering with a test email.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Register for your webinar using a test email"
2. "Go to your HYROS account"
3. "Navigate to Sales Data → Leads"
4. "Find your test email and verify tracking data appears"

→ Confirm: "Can you see the test registration in HYROS?"
