# HYROS Installation: Close CRM

## STEP 1: API Connection

**If automating:**
Navigate to HYROS Settings → Integrations, find Close CRM, and connect via API.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your HYROS account"
2. "Go to Settings → Integrations"
3. "Search for Close CRM"
4. "Click Configure → Create Integration"
5. "Enter your Close CRM API Key"

**To find your Close CRM API Key:**
1. "Log in to your Close CRM account"
2. "Go to Settings → Developer → API Keys"
3. "Create a new API Key or copy an existing one"

→ Confirm: "Is the Close CRM integration connected?"

## STEP 2: Call Tracking

**If automating:**
Configure call tracking to sync Close CRM call data with HYROS.

**If guiding user:**
1. "In the Close CRM integration settings, configure call tracking"
2. "Map Close call events to HYROS"
3. "Save your configuration"

→ Confirm: "Is call tracking configured?"

## STEP 3: Deal Tracking

**If automating:**
Configure deal tracking to send closed deal events to HYROS.

**If guiding user:**
1. "In the Close CRM integration settings, configure deal tracking"
2. "Set up which deal stages should trigger sales in HYROS"
3. "Map deal values to HYROS sale amounts"
4. "Save your configuration"

→ Confirm: "Is deal tracking configured?"
