# HYROS Installation: ClickFunnels 2.0

**Note:** This guide is for ClickFunnels 2.0. If using ClickFunnels Classic, use the ClickFunnels Classic guide instead.

## IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE STARTING

**Duplicate Sales Warning:** If you are already sending sales from another integration (like Stripe or another payment processor), do NOT also set up the CF 2.0 sales integration. This will cause duplicate sales in your account. Only integrate with ONE source for sales data.

## REQUIREMENTS - Collect Before Starting

| Already Integrated Sales? | "Are you already sending sales to HYROS from another integration like Stripe? If yes, skip Step 1." |

## STEP 1: Connect CF 2.0 Sales Integration (Skip if using another payment processor)

**If automating:**
In HYROS, go to Settings → Integrations → ClickFunnels 2.0. Click Create New Integration and name it. Click Edit, then Get Webhook and copy the webhook URL. In CF 2.0, go to Settings → Webhooks → Add new endpoint. Paste the webhook URL. Select these events: order.updated, order.created, contact.created, subscription.canceled, subscription.activated. Set API Version to V1. Save.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Go to Settings → Integrations → ClickFunnels 2.0 in HYROS (or click the provided link)."
2. "Click Create New Integration and name it anything you want."
3. "Open the integration using the Edit icon."
4. "Click Get Webhook and copy the webhook URL."
5. "In CF 2.0, go to Settings → Webhooks → Add new endpoint."
6. "Paste the webhook into the URL field and give it any name."
7. "Select the following events:"
   - order.updated
   - order.created
   - contact.created
   - subscription.canceled
   - subscription.activated
8. "Make sure API Version = V1."
9. "Save the endpoint."

→ Confirm: "Is the webhook configured in ClickFunnels 2.0?"

## STEP 2: Install Universal Script on Your Pages

**If automating:**
Get the HYROS Universal Script. In CF 2.0, go to the Site tab → Overview → Edit. Scroll to Head Code section. Paste the Universal Script. Click Update Page. This will track ALL pages created in ClickFunnels.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Copy the HYROS Universal Script from your tracking settings."
2. "In ClickFunnels 2.0, go to the Site tab in the navigation bar."
3. "Click Overview."
4. "Click the Edit icon."
5. "Scroll down to Head Code."
6. "Paste the HYROS Universal Script."
7. "Click Update Page."

This will track ALL pages created in ClickFunnels.

→ Confirm: "Is the Universal Script installed in your site settings?"

## OPTIONAL: Track Lead Stages

If you're using CF 2.0 integration, you can configure lead stages:

1. "Click on Lead Stages in your integration settings."
2. "In Stage Name, enter the name (e.g., 'MQL')."
3. "In the Events list, select the events to mark as that stage (e.g., Lead_Created)."
4. "Click Save."

## TROUBLESHOOTING

### Duplicate sales appearing?
- You likely have both CF 2.0 AND another payment processor integrated
- Remove one integration - keep only one source for sales

### Webhook not receiving data?
- Verify the correct events are selected in CF 2.0
- Check API Version is set to V1
- Make sure the webhook URL was copied correctly

### Pages not tracking?
- Verify the Universal Script is in the Head Code section
- Check that you clicked "Update Page" to save
