Go to Tracking and copy the Universal script. **If guiding user:** ### Retrieve Script: 1. **Navigate:** Log in to Hyros (https://app.hyros.com) → Tracking → Get Universal Script. 2. **Action:** Copy the JavaScript snippet. 3. **Install tracking:** Paste the script into the **** section of: - Your **Booking Page** (where the Calendly widget lives). - Your **Thank You Page** (the destination after a call is booked). **Interactive Script Helper:** https://app.hyros.com/public/tracking/universal?ct=!clicked → Confirm: "Is the Universal Script on both your booking page and thank-you page?" --- ## STEP 2: Configure Calendly Redirect **If automating:** Navigate to your Calendly account. Go to Event Types and select the event Type you want to track. Once selected scroll to the Confirmation settings. **If guiding user:** 1. **Access:** Go to your Calendly event types page: https://calendly.com/event_types/user/me 2. **Select Event:** Click on the specific **Event Type** you want to track. 3. **Confirmation page:** Scroll to the **Confirmation Page** settings. 4. **Redirect:** Change the setting to **Redirect to an external site**. 5. **Field ID Map:** - **Redirect URL:** Paste the URL of your custom Thank You page. - **⚠️ Pass Event Details: CHECK THIS BOX** (Required). This allows Calendly to send the lead's email/phone to the URL for Hyros to "grab." 6. **Commit:** Click **Save & Close**. → Confirm: "Is the redirect configured to your thank-you page with 'Pass Event Details' enabled?" --- ## STEP 3: Adjust URL Rules (Prevent Double Tracking in Hyros) **If automating:** Navigate to your Hyros account. Go to Tracking and URL Rules. Delete the "Automatic Call Rule". **If guiding user:** This prevents duplicate call tracking since Calendly has a direct integration. 1. **URL Rules:** Go to **Tracking** → **URL Rules** in Hyros: https://app.hyros.com/tracking/url-rules 2. **Locate Rule:** Find the rule labeled **"Automatic Call Rule"** (often has a "Call" tag). 3. **Delete:** Select the rule and click the **Delete Rule** button (bottom-right). → Confirm: "Is the Automatic Call Rule deleted?" --- ## STEP 4: Complete Calendly Integration in Hyros **If automating:** Navigate to your Hyros account. Go to Settings, then Integration and look for Calendly. Click "Create new Integration", name it Calendly. Follow the prompts and then click connect. **If guiding user:** 1. **Hyros:** Go to **Settings** → **Integrations** → **Calendly**: https://app.hyros.com/external-services/cart-integration/calendly 2. **Integration:** Click **Create New Integration**. 3. **Field Entry:** Name it "Calendly Call Tracking". 4. **Authorize:** Follow the OAuth popup to log in to Calendly and click **Connect**. 5. **Setup is complete!** → Confirm: "Is the Calendly integration showing as connected in Hyros?" --- ## STEP 5: Confirm Tracking Test your integration to ensure everything is working correctly: 1. **Test Booking:** Perform a real booking on your site using a test email. 2. **Redirect Check:** Ensure you are redirected to your Thank You page. 3. **URL Check:** Verify the URL contains parameters like ?email=.... 4. **Hyros Check:** Go to **Reporting** → **Incoming Leads**. Your test call should appear with a "Call" event type within a few minutes. → Confirm: "Can you see the test call booking in Hyros Incoming Leads?" --- ## OPTIONAL: Track Specific Calls Only **Note:** By default the Calendly, Acuity and Oncehub integrations will track all call events.
