# HYROS Installation: Braze

## STEP 1: API Connection

**If automating:**
Navigate to HYROS Settings → Integrations, find Braze, and connect via API.

**If guiding user:**
1. "Log in to your HYROS account"
2. "Go to Settings → Integrations"
3. "Search for Braze"
4. "Click Configure → Create Integration"
5. "Enter your Braze API Key and REST Endpoint"

**To find your Braze API credentials:**
1. "Log in to your Braze dashboard"
2. "Go to Settings → Developer Console → API Settings"
3. "Create a new API Key or copy an existing one"
4. "Note your REST Endpoint URL"

→ Confirm: "Is the Braze integration connected?"

## STEP 2: Campaign Tracking

**If automating:**
Configure campaign engagement tracking to attribute conversions to Braze campaigns.

**If guiding user:**
1. "In the Braze integration settings, configure campaign tracking"
2. "Add tracking parameters to your campaign links"
3. "Map Braze events to HYROS"
4. "Save your configuration"

**Recommended tracking parameter for links:**
?el=[BRAZE:CAMPAIGN_NAME]&htrafficsource=braze

→ Confirm: "Is campaign tracking configured?"
