# HYROS Installation: Authorize.Net

## REQUIREMENTS - Collect Before Starting

| Item | Ask User |

| HYROS Tracking Code | "Please paste your HYROS tracking code. Get it from: https://app.hyros.com/tracking/universal-script" |
| Authorize.Net Merchant Access | "Do you have Authorize.Net merchant account access?" |
| API Credentials | "Can you access your API Login ID and Transaction Key?" |

**IMPORTANT:** Store the tracking code for later use.

## STEPS

### Step 1: Open HYROS Integrations

**Direct URL:** https://app.hyros.com/integrations

**If automating:** Navigate to integrations page, find Authorize.Net card.

**If guiding user:** "Go to https://app.hyros.com/integrations"

→ Confirm: "Are you on the integrations page?"

### Step 2: Connect Authorize.Net

**If automating:** Find Authorize.Net card, click Connect.

**If guiding user:** "Find Authorize.Net and click Connect"

→ Confirm: "Did the connection setup start?"

### Step 3: Get API Credentials from Authorize.Net

**Direct URL:** https://account.authorize.net/

**If automating:** Navigate to Account → Settings → API Credentials & Keys. Get API Login ID and Transaction Key.

**If guiding user:**
"Go to Authorize.Net → Account → Settings → API Credentials & Keys
Copy your API Login ID and Transaction Key"

→ Confirm: "Do you have the API credentials?"

### Step 4: Enter Credentials in HYROS

**If automating:** Paste the API Login ID and Transaction Key into HYROS.

**If guiding user:** "Enter your API Login ID and Transaction Key in HYROS"

→ Confirm: "Did you enter the credentials?"

### Step 5: Configure Webhook (If Required)

**If automating:** If HYROS provides a webhook URL, add it in Authorize.Net webhook settings.

**If guiding user:** "If HYROS gives you a webhook URL, add it in Authorize.Net settings"

→ Confirm: "Is webhook configured (or not needed)?"

### Step 6: Verify Connection in HYROS

**Direct URL:** https://app.hyros.com/integrations

**If automating:** Check Authorize.Net shows as connected.

**If guiding user:** "Verify Authorize.Net shows as connected in HYROS"

→ Confirm: "Does Authorize.Net show as connected?"

## TROUBLESHOOTING

- **Invalid credentials:** Double-check API Login ID and Transaction Key
- **Test vs Production:** Make sure you're using production credentials
- **Webhook errors:** Check webhook URL is correctly formatted
